CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY • 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • If cancellation is outside the 48-hour window, 100% of the scheduled appointment must be paid in full. • If the appointment is paid in full the day of cancellation, 75% of the payment will be credited to your account for your next appointment. • If payment is not made in full for a canceled appointment, the full amount + the cost of your new appointment must be paid prior to booking again. • Late arrivals: If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show and same policy as a no-show applies. • If you cancel outside the 48-hour window two consecutive times, our business relationship will end, and future bookings will not be accepted. •If for any reason a reschedule needs to occur due to a circumstance on our side, we will give the same respect and give at least 48 hours notice. •Deposits are non-refundable 📅 BOOKING REQUIREMENTS • All appointments must be booked through our booking site. • A credit card on file is required. • All waivers and forms must be acknowledged prior to your appointment. 📞 COMMUNICATION • Any messages received before 8 AM or after 6:30 PM will not be acknowledged and we will ask that you communicate with is during normal business hours. If you need to reachedule your appointment and you are still inside of the cancellation window, please utilize our booking site. We thank every client who values and respects our time — you are the heart of Bikini Moon. This policy ensures we can continue to provide you with the highest quality service and availability. Deposits are 50% of the amount due for the booked appointment & is not refundable if you change your mind. Bikini Moon Waxing Co. Will apply the deposit towards a future service if notified at least 48 hours prior to rescheduling.
