CANCELLATION POLICY

Bikini Moon Waxing Co. Requires a 48 hour notice for ALL cancellations & rescheduled appointments. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled outside of the 48 hr grace period, the client will be charged 50% of the said appointment amount either by card on file or amount applied to account and balance will have to be paid prior to rescheduling. If the appointment is considered a No-show, meaning the client cancels immediately prior to the appointment or doesn't show at all or more than 5 minutes late,the full amount of the missed appointment will be charged. Deposits are 50% of the amount due for the booked appointment & is not refundable if you change your mind. Bikini Moon Waxing Co. Will apply the deposit towards a future service if notified at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. All deposits are Non-refundable unless the cancellation is on behalf of Bikini Moon Waxing Co. Due to unforeseen circumstances on our behalf.
