CANCELLATION POLICY

Bikini Moon Waxing Co. Requires a 48 hour notice for ALL cancellations & rescheduled appointments. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled outside of the 48 hr grace period, the client will be charged 50% of the said appointment amount either by card on file or amount applied to account and balance will have to be paid prior to rescheduling. If the appointment is considered a No-show, meaning the client cancels immediately prior to the appointment or doesn't show at all or more than 10 minutes late,the full amount of the missed appointment will be charged. Deposits are 50% of the amount due for the booked appointment & is not refundable if you change your mind. Bikini Moon Waxing Co. Will apply the deposit towards a future service if notified at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
